Leadzura plans are online services. Access is delivered immediately after the payment or mandate is confirmed; nothing is shipped.

Printed and NFC cards

After you place a card order and pay, we prepare a print proof for you to approve in your account. Production starts only after you approve it.

Cards are dispatched by courier to the delivery address on the order once production is complete. When they ship, we email you the courier name and tracking number, and the order page shows each step: proof ready, in production, shipped and delivered.

Card prices include delivery; there is no separate shipping charge. GST is added for orders in India. We deliver only to the countries offered when you place the order.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and we will trace it, reship it or reprint it.
